(j) B.Tech. (Bio-Technology). Eligibility The minimum qualification to appear for EAMCET-2009 is: 1. For admission to the Engineering, B.Pharmacy (M.P.C), B.Tech Dairying, B.Tech (Ag.Engineering), B.Tech (Food Science and Technology) (FS&T), B.Sc (Commercial Agri & Business Mgt) (CA&BM) courses, candidates should have passed or appeared in the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidate enrolled during 2001-2003 and subsequent batches, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P. In the case of Engineering, Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit. In the case of B.Tech Dairying, B.Tech (Ag.Engineering), B.Tech (FS&T) and B.Sc (CA & BM) offered in Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions. 2. Candidates seeking admission to agricultural and medicine courses through EAMCET 2009 should appear for Biology, Physics and Chemistry in EAMCET-2009 (AM Category). [ad#linkunit1] A. For admission to MBBS/BDS Courses through EAMCET 2009, candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optionals which shall include a practical test in these subjects,or any examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology including practical test in each of these subjects, recognized as equivalent to Intermediate by the Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad. Candidates should have completed 17 yrs of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 yrs for all the candidates and 25 yrs in respect of SC/ST candidates as on 31st December of the year of admissions. B. For admission to B.Pharm Courses through EAMCET 2009, candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology optionals, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education as equivalent thereto. For admission to B.Tech courses through EAMCET 2009 candidates should have pursued or appeared for the final year of Intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional along with the bridge course examination in Mathematics conducted by Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of A.P shall be eligible. Instructions

Attested copies of the following documents must be submitted either in online or offline submission.
  • a) Hall ticket of qualifying examination.
  • b) Marks memos of qualifying examination if already passed the qualifying examination.
  • c) Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates.
  • d) Study or Residence or Relevant certificate for proof of local status.
  • e) Certificate of Proof of Age.

Offline Submission:

  1. The application for EAMCET-2009 should be completed in all respects before submission to the Convener. One recently taken Colour passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) photograph of the applicant, is to be affixed in the space provided for the purpose. Only latest photograph should be affixed as this will be used for issuing “HALL - TICKET”.
  2. The filled in application form along with requisite enclosures as mentioned above for the entrance test be submitted preferably in person at the venue of the Regional Centre opted by the candidate and obtain the acknowledgement card with Registration No. or send by Registered Post to the Convener, EAMCET-2009, SIT Building, Cellar portion, J.N.T. University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500 085 so as to reach on or before 5.00 PM on 18.03.2009 without late fee. Candidates sending their application by post, should indicate the Name of the Regional Centre on the envelope. Those who are submitting the application after 18.03.2009 must send a D.D. in favour of the secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education(APSCHE). The details of D.D. should be mentioned in the space provided on the top of envelope.
  3. The candidates are advised to preserve the acknowledgement card. Quote the registration/application number for all future correspondence.
  4. The candidates are advised to go through the website http://www.apeamcet.org for allotment of regional centre as opted in the application form for collection of their hall tickets in person from 16-04-2009 to 21-04-2009 (on all days) between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM by showing the acknowledgement card.
IX. Mere appearance and qualifying at EAMCET-2009 does not confer any right for admission into professional courses. Candidate has to fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down in the relevant G.O at the time of admission.

    • For online submission a candidate has to purchase a DD for Rs. 250/- in favour of Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education(APSCHE) payable at Hyderabad.
    • Click and go to online application form by the link provided below. Fill in the application with proper details.
    • After submission a registeration number for future reference is generated.
    • The candidate has to take the printout of filled in application and paste a colour photo graph of size 3.5cmx4.5 cm at appropriate place in the application.
    • After signing the application at the bottom of the photograph (not on the photograph) and also on the declaration, arrange it along with requisite enclosures as mentioned above and Demand Draft (write name and registration number back side of Demand Draft) in A4 size cover and send it to the Convener, EAMCET-2009, SIT Building, Cellar portion, J.N.T. University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500 085 by Regd. Post., so as to reach on or before 5.00 PM on 18.03.2009 without late fee.
    • Those who are submitting the application in online after 18.03.2009 must send a D.D. (Rs.250/- for application cost + late fee) in favour of Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education(APSCHE) payable at Hyderabad.The details of D.D. should be mentioned on the top of envelope.
    • Last Date for online submission with LATE SUBMISSION FEE of Rs.500 -- 25-03-2009
    • Last Date for online submission with LATE SUBMISSION FEE of Rs.1000 -- 31-03-2009
    • The registration number should be used for any further correspondence till the hall ticket is issued.

    • Just pay Rs.250/- in cash in any APOnline center(website:www.aplonline.gov.in) and obtain a receipt.
    • In the same center if you want you can apply ONLINE through our web site http://www.apeamcet.org without paying any additional charges towards internet facility, printing and postage for sending application except for A4 size cover.
    • Click and go to online application form by the link provided below. Fill in the application with proper details. After submission a registration number for future reference is generated.
    • The candidate has to take printout of filled in application and paste a colour photo graph of size 3.5cmx4.5 cm at appropriate place in the application.
