About Delhi Home Guards
The Delhi Home Guards has been raised under the Bombay Home Guards Act, 1947 as extended to GNCTD of Delhi (UT) in 1959. The Delhi Home Guards Rules were framed in 1959.
The present sanctioned strength of Delhi Home Guards at present is 10,285 including women Home Guards.
