Trsnalsation Health Science and Technology Institute, THSTI, will conduct research in frontier areas of biological sciences related to human health and facilitate development of technologies for public health. The institute will form an important component of the Health Biotech Science Cluster being developed by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), at Faridabad in the NCR. The institute’s inter-disciplinary R&D shall be conducted in close collaboration with other cluster institutions such as the Regional Centre for Biotechnology and the National Institute of Immunology. The Institute invites applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, result-oriented and dedicated candidates for the following positions. Persons working in Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Bodies may also apply on deputation /permanent absorption basis.
A. Administrative Officer : 01 post, Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.6600, Qualifications and experience : Graduate, with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management or MBA from a recognized Institute/University. Five to Eight years experience.
B. Section Officer : 01 post, Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.6600, Qualifications and experience : Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management or equivalent with three years experience.
C. Instrumentation/ Institute Engineer : 01 post, Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.6600, Qualifications and experience : M. Tech. in Electrical/Civil Engineering with five years experience or AMIE / Degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering with eight years experience or three years Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering with twelve years experience.
D. Senior Technical Officer : 01 post, Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400, Qualifications and experience : M.Sc. or equivalent with six years relevant experience or B.Sc. or equivalent with ten years relevant experience.
E. Technical Officer : 03 posts, Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200, Qualifications and experience : M.Sc. or equivalent with one year relevant experience or B.Sc. or equivalent with five years relevant experience.
F. Laboratory Technician : 02 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400, Qualifications and experience : Intermediate with Science or equivalent with either three years relevant experience in R & D laboratory or two years full time Diploma in Medical Lab Technology course with one year relevant experience.
G. Programmer : 01 post, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2800, Qualifications and experience : BCA/BSc in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in Physics / Mathematics / Statistics / Operations Research / Economics with one year experience in Computer Programming.
